Course Description TTM (Temporary traffic management) Category 1 Roads - is inclusive of single carriageway roads with a posted speed limit of: • less than 60 km/h where the Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) is less than 10,000, or • 110 km/h or less where the AADT is less than 3,000. TC1 (traffic controller) and TMI1 (Traffic management implementer) Urban and Low Volume rural Roads · 3-day Program 2 days theory one day practical · 20 hours work development under supervision on CAT 1 roads. · Must be completed within 6 months of training date. Include 1 occasion of assisting pedestrians, include 1 occasion of using a portable traffic control device, be able to control traffic using a stop / slow device. Course Fee per Individual $980. Assessment Requirement Attendance at the course and completed the theory component of the program successfully · Completes the three required TMI set ups within six months of the course date.
